Our  Services:

Because not all homes are the same, they require a different and customized approach when it comes to staging for optimal results.  The end result remains the same however:  a home that sells quickly!

 

Consultation, Home Assessment and Proposal – $100 – $150 ,  due at consultation

 .  Our Get it SOLD Home Staging consultant will meet with you and discuss your goals and expectations. We will review our eight step home staging process with you. We will walk through your home together to gather our first impressions. The consultant will then go back through the home, taking pictures, measurements and notes to aid in our proposal.  Within a week we will have a report ready with recommendations that will help in the sale of your most valuable asset– your home. If you want to go ahead and Stage your home, we will develop a  written proposal based on the amount of work needed to achieve a quick sale for the highest dollar amount for your home.

1 to 2  Days of Staging –   $   Pricing  varies

. We will be working from the Action Plan from our proposal. At that time, we touched on some things you could do to aid in the sale of your home. (i.e., cleaning, decluttering, painting, lighting, etc.) Having accomplished those tasks, we will work mainly with the belongings you have. We will also arrange for any purchases or rentals to be delivered. Lastly, we will bring in our own accessories to complete the look of each room, becoming the “icing on the cake”. We will take great photos of your beautifully staged home for your agent’s marketing efforts, so they can get them on their website right away.

 

 Vacant Staging – $  Price varies according to square footage and  number of rooms staged

. For empty or sparsely furnished homes, staging is a MUST! Only 10% of buyers can visualize their belongings in an empty house. We will take photos and measurements and come up with a plan. We take care of everything from arranging furniture rental and delivery to purchasing items as needed. Lastly, we will bring in our own accessories to warm up the home. Photos of your now beautifully Staged home will be given to your agent for their marketing purposes.

 

 Shopping Services –  $25 per hour plus cash for purchases

. We’ll create a budget and shop only for those items that serve as investments in the sale of your home. We only recommend purchases that pay for themselves in the sale price.
